A: Product availability is updated frequently. However, in case there is a problem with the availability of a particular product, we will get in touch with you by email or telephone with an expected availability and delivery time for your order.
A: Yes. The minimum shoping amount is fixed for Rs.600 for the time being.For bulk orders you can make an enquiry and proceed,and it will be handle separately.

A: We send a confirmation email to the email ID provided by you, If you haven’t received a mail, please inform us. Also mention the POD (Proof of Delivery) details of the courier through which you’ve sent the Cheque / Demand Draft. Our customer support team will definitely help you to resolve the issue.
A: We deliver our product in India using Blue Dart.
A: No. Currently we do not offer any EMI facility.
A: Yes, you can have the gift delivered on a particular date provided the shipping address is served by our courier company.
A: Yes. You can track the shipment using the airway bill number on the courier company website.
A: The courier will leave a delivery card for you to contact them in order to re-arrange delivery.
A: It is our endeavor to deliver products on time. However, in rare and unavoidable circumstances, the delivery may get late or for that matter arrive before the scheduled time. We regret the inconvenience caused. Products will not be accepted back owing to minor delays or early arrival. Inordinate delays, however, should be brought into the notice of customer support team and due action shall be taken to resolve all such issues in your interest.
A: In case you receive products different from what you have bought on the portal or if the product is damaged / defected, you can simply contact our Customer Care department or call on the centralized helpline number within 48 hours of the receipt of the order. You can avail of an exchange or refund on producing the invoice and the product in original packing and unused condition.
A: Every request of refund / return would be passed only after the item is appraised and it is ensured that the item has not been tampered with or altered in any unacceptable manner. The customer will receive the payment in form of a cheque within 21 working days after the company takes the decision of the return / refund. The return / refund decision will be at the sole description.
A: Once you are registered as a user with us, you can review any product and also give it a rating of your choice. Your reviews will be posted on the website along with the corresponding products in a short while.
A: While we work with several leading Local / National & international Courier / Logistics Companies in India, we use a specific courier / logistics provider, who services the respective shipping adress most effectively.
